Construction is one of the largest sectors for foreign workers in Israel, and the right crew can be the difference between a project that runs on schedule and one that stalls. Our role is to find workers with real site experience and to handle the legal process around bringing them in.
At our screening days we check each candidate's professional background, physical fitness and motivation. For skilled trades we ask about previous projects and, where possible, arrange practical checks, so the profiles you receive reflect what the worker can actually do on site.
