Horizon Work recruits foreign workers from Uzbekistan for employers in Israel. We operate under government license no. 297974 from the Uzbekistan Ministry of Employment and combine Israeli management with professional screening in Uzbekistan, so the workers who arrive match the job you actually need filled.
We work with companies in construction, caregiving, agriculture, industry and hospitality, from a single position to larger teams for a project or a season.
You tell us the role, the required experience and the start date. Our 10 branches across Uzbekistan invite candidates to screening days, where we interview them, verify professional background and health, and check basic language skills. You receive profiles of suitable candidates and can interview them remotely before making a decision.
Employing foreign workers in Israel requires an employer permit, a visa for each worker and a compliant contract. We prepare the paperwork with you, coordinate with the authorities and the worker, and organise travel. After arrival we stay in touch with both sides to resolve questions during the first weeks of work.
